About

Non alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is the accumulation of fat in th liver that is not caused by excessive alcohol use. Nash, commonly known as the silent killer, often has no symptoms until it has progressed. Symptoms that may appear include weight loss, fatigue, abdominal pain, swelling in the legs or abdomen, loss of appetite, and confusion.

Participants must be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants between 18 to 75 years
  • Overweight/obese subjects with body mass index (BMI) ≥ 25 kg/m2
  • Diabetes mellitus Type 2,
  • Female subjects must be non-pregnant and non-lactating.
