    Participants must be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants between 18 to 75 years
  • Overweight/obese subjects with body mass index (BMI) ≥ 25 kg/m2
  • Female subjects must be non-pregnant and non-lactating.

    Fibrosis Stage 4

    Participants must be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants between 18 to 75 years
  • Previous history or presence of Type 2 Diabetes.
  • A liver biopsy must be performed at Screening.

    Participants Must Be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants between 40 to 75 years,
  • Current or ex-smokers,
  • Able to perform spirometry.

    Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

    Participants Must Be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants between 18 to 65 years,
  • BMI ≥25 and ≤40 kg/m2,
  • Diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus Type 2 within the last 15 years.

    Cushing's Syndrome

    Participants Must Be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants aged 18 or older.
  • Documented diagnosis of ACTH-dependent Cushing’s syndrome.
  • Current evidence of Cushing’s morbidities of hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia,hypertension, or osteopenia.

    Hypercortisolism Related to a Benign Adrenal Tumor

    Participants Must Be:

  • Male or non-pregnant female participants aged 18 or older,
  • Diagnosed with T2DM,
  • Documented characteristically benign adrenal nodule(s), either unilateral or bilateral with maximum individual diameter ≤ 4 cm, homogenous texture, and non-contrast computerized tomography ≤ 20 HU attenuation or proven to be nonmalignant.
